• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if appointments are rescheduled within 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.

 

Payments

• Payments for services can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and Returns

• Due to the personal nature of skincare and permanent makeup services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

• Skincare products purchased online or in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and unused. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
